- Services The Company provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to Local SEO Services, Web Design, PPC Campaigns, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. The specifics of these services will be detailed in the service contract. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services at any time.
- Payment A Payment for our services is due as per the agreed terms in the service contract. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide all necessary access to information, properties, and platforms needed for the Company to provide the services. The client is solely responsible for any content they provide, and they must ensure that such content complies with all applicable laws and copyright regulations.
- Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party, confidential and to use it strictly for the purpose of providing or receiving services.
- Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in obligated service deliverables, where the delay is because of natural or ungovernable causes.
- Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. Upon termination, the Company will be compensated for the services provided up to the effective date of termination.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
- Changes to Terms The Company reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. The revised terms and conditions shall apply to the use of our services from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website.
- Entrie Agreement These terms in combination with the terms below constitute the entire agreement.
